Our Customer Rate & Reviews add on allows your customers to place a rating and add a review about your products. It also comes with an administration area to approve, edit, and delete reviews.
Once a review is placed it is not automatically approved so you can go in and double check it before approving it.
This will help prevent bogus reviews and also give you the piece of mind to not have to worry about negative feedback.
